Furthermore, we comply with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, FATCA, and with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS): a series of rules for exchanging information by financial institutions established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

We are also supervised by the National Commission for the Defense of Financial Services Users (Comisión Nacional para la Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros, Condusef), and participate in the Mexican Association of Securities Intermediaries (Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles, AMIB), that also acts as a self-regulating organism.

In compliance with best practices in corporate governance, we have our own Board of Directors, of which 60% are independent directors. The Board operates with five committees, including an Audit Committee, which works independently of the fund manager.
